Espai Creatiu · LOR Atelier
Not a website: the system the business runs on.
Espai Creatiu is the workshop arm of LOR Atelier, a furniture restoration studio near Barcelona. We built the system it runs on: the public catalog, the seats, the payments and the notifications. It is in production, the whole team uses it, and students book and pay on their own from their phones.
What's inside
- Bookings and seats
- Several dates per workshop, discounted multi-session passes, and seats that free themselves up when a payment never arrives. Nobody has to chase anyone.
- Payments
- Students pay as they book, by card, Bizum or Apple and Google Pay, and the seat confirms itself. One-click refunds, PDF receipts, configurable VAT and a quarterly summary with a CSV for the accountant.
- Notifications
- Phone notifications and branded emails: seat confirmed, workshop canceled, reminder the day before, date changed. Every notice can be switched on and off from the panel.
- People and permissions
- Three roles — team, teachers and students — with per-person permissions: who can create workshops and who answers their own questions. Workshops go through review before they go live, and every teacher gets a public profile.
- Running the day
- A monthly calendar that flags overlaps, attendee lists per date, chat with students and two complete languages. Plus a button to close bookings for a few days without taking the site down.
It installs on a phone like an app, with no App Store and no Google Play.
